Returns & Exchanges
Please expect a total processing time of 4-6 weeks to receive your refund or exchange. In may cases, it will be received sooner.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. Please note that your order has been carefully inspected and thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipment. If you receive a Portable Changing Shield that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at email@example.com or by Phone/Fax: 646.475.2221
If you receive your product and are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for an exchange or a refund of the price you paid within 10 days from receipt of shipment. The product must be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags and labels attached. A copy of the original receipt must be included with your return.
Koble reserves the right to deny any credit or exchange, if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet our company's return policies. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser as the purchaser's cost. We strongly recommend that you ship via UPS, FedEx or insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. Returned packages must be shipped back to us Prepaid. We will not accept COD's or third party billing for returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Items that were purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items.
Koble will only return/exchange items purchased through www.mykoble.com. Items purchased through a Koble retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.
Please allow 1 billing cycle from the time Koble receives the return for it to show on your credit card statement/original form of payment. We will do our best to process your refund within 1-2 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. However, please note that your banking institution may take up to another 2 weeks to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Koble.
